Mohamed Zaatara the owner said that two bulldozers escorted by police forces stormed as-Sall’ah area of the neighborhood and demolished six structures under construction belonging to him at the pretext of unlicensed construction.

He pointed out that he was just notified in the morning that an Israeli court approved the demolition of his structures at the request of an Israeli police officer without informing him in advance of such court decision.
The IOA started recently to intensify its demolition and displacement campaigns in Palestinian neighborhoods in the east of Jerusalem especially in Jabel Mukaber.
