Tulkarm – The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) had released PA minister of public works and housing Abdul Rahman Zeidan after one month of kidnapping him form his home in downtown Ramallah.
An Israeli court on Tuesday decided to release Zeidan who was held without trial or charge and actually set him free on Wednesday. Four other PA ministers are still held in IOA jails in addition to a number of PLC members including the speaker Dr. Aziz Duwaik.
Zeidan who is a graduate of civil engineering from Alabama University USA was kidnapped from his home on 3/11/2006.
The minister who was twice before held in Israeli jails back in 1993 and 1997 is also the acting minister of local government.
