The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) on Monday evening notified the Palestinian side of its intent to appropriate 66 dunums of Palestinian land in Beit Duqqu village northwest of Jerusalem.
According to a statement issued by the village council the Palestinian liaison office received Israeli decisions about the annexation of 66 dunums of land in the village.
The IOA had already built a separation wall on this annexed land in the village.
In the last few days the IOA decided to appropriate hundreds of dunums of land in occupied Palestinian areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem and issued military orders in this regard.
