BETHLEHEM (PIC)– The commander of the Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank has sanctioned the demolition of 12 Palestinian homes in a number of villages west of Bethlehem city at the pretext of lack of construction permit.
The Israeli occupation authority handed owners of those houses notifications of the intention to flatten their homes under the usual pretext of “illegal” construction.
The notification allowed the landlords to appeal against the decision with the Israeli judicial courts within two weeks.
Meanwhile in another West Bank district the IOF troops stormed various areas in Jenin and its villages.
Locals reported that 8 citizens were kidnapped including two brothers and an Islamic Jihad supporter who is a university student.
In the village of Yamon the villagers said that the soldiers kidnapped two children not more than 15 years old.
