Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Tuesday abducted 12 Palestinian citizens and summoned others for interrogation during home raids in Jerusalem and the West Bank.
Local sources said that the IOF arrested seven Palestinians after breaking into their homes in different neighborhoods in Jerusalem.
Three Palestinian youths were handed orders to appear before the Israeli Intelligence Service for interrogation during the same raids.
Meanwhile the IOF arrested five Palestinian citizens during campaigns in Bethlehem al-Khalil and Ramallah in the West Bank.
One of the detainees is an activist who was violently beaten by the IOF soldiers before he was taken to an Israeli interrogation center eyewitnesses reported.
