The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Monday arrested 14 Palestinian citizens in raids and arrest campaigns launched in the West Bank.
Local sources in Jerusalem said that the Israeli police arrested the head of the security department at al-Aqsa Mosque Abdullah Abu Taleb near Bab al-Rahma cemetery and transferred him to a nearby interrogation center.
The Israeli occupation army said in a statement that its forces arrested 13 Palestinians involved in anti-Israel activities.
The IOF raided and searched the house of the Palestinian woman Safaa Abu Sneineh before she was kidnapped and transferred to an unknown destination.
Two Palestinian young men were arrested during a raid into al-Khalil while a 17-year-old child identified as Moaz al-Tamimi was detained in Ramallah.
