The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) has arrested a Jordanian passenger at Allenby (King Hussein) border crossing as he was heading for the West Bank with no known reason.
According to a family source 28-year-old Adnan Mar’ei was along with his mother when the IOF arrested him last Monday at the crossing.
Mar’ei who suffers from cancer and his mother were intending to attend a relative’s wedding in the West Bank
The Israeli side did not tell the young man’s family about his whereabouts and the reason for his arrest.
Allenby crossing also known as al-Karama is a bridge that spans the Jordan River and connects the West Bank with Jordan.
