The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested on Sunday a Palestinian ex-prisoner while he was crossing the Allenby Bridge on his way to Jordan.
Local sources identified the Palestinian ex-prisoner as Ahmad Kumail from the Qabatiya village in the West Bank city of Jenin adding that he spent two years and a half in Israeli jails.
In a separate incident the IOF stormed Rummanah village to the west of Jenin and set up a makeshift checkpoint at the entrance of the village stopping the Palestinians’ vehicles and asking for ID cards.
Furthermore IOF soldiers intensified their presence around the Kafr Ra’i village south of Jenin.
The Allenby Bridge known by Palestinians as the Karameh border crossing connects the West Bank with Jordan.
