Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) afternoon Thursday arrested a Palestinian young man while he was passing through an Israeli military checkpoint in Huwara town south of Nablus.
Eyewitnesses told the PIC reporter that Israeli soldiers rounded up Mahmoud al-Sharqawi from Askar refugee camp east of Nablus city at Huwara’s barrier.
Earlier on Thursday the IOF troops stormed al-Sharqawi’s home in the camp searched it thoroughly and wreaked havoc inside. As he was not at home the soldiers told his father to let his son turn himself in to Israeli authorities.
