The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Saturday evening a Palestinian university student at a military checkpoint erected at Zaatari checkpoint south of Nablus.
Eyewitnesses told the PIC reporter that Israeli forces stationed at Zaatari checkpoint stopped and searched several Palestinian vehicles.
The university student Awni Shakhshir a coordinator of the Islamic Bloc in Najah University was arrested after being stopped at the checkpoint the sources added.
Shakhshir is a former political prisoner who was detained more than once by PA forces.
