The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday evening kidnapped a Palestinian youth with special needs in al-Khalil.
Local sources said that IOF soldiers stationed near the Ibrahimi Mosque stopped a Palestinian citizen with special needs and searched him.
They later arrested him and transferred him to an undeclared destination they added.
