The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Sunday evening a Palestinian young man after closing the main entrance to Beit Ummar town north of the southern West Bank province of al-Khalil.
According to the PIC reporter the IOF imposed tight restrictions on the entrance to the town blocking Palestinian vehicles’ movement in both directions.
A state of tension has prevailed between the residents over the new military measures.
The detainee was identified as Hassan Allami 19 who was later moved to the nearby detention center in Etzion settlement.
