The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Sunday afternoon arrested a Palestinian youth south of al-Khalil.
The PIC reporter said that the IOF stopped the Palestinian ex-prisoner Hasan al-Shawabka 32 at the entrance to al-Fawwar refugee camp and scrutinized his ID.
Al-Shawabka an hour later was handcuffed blindfolded and transferred to an undeclared destination he added.
