The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested a group of five infiltrators from Jordan on Saturday following several hours of a search campaign in a border area between the Arab country and the West Bank.
After spotting the group’s crossing the IOF launched a pursuit campaign in the morning. One suspect was quickly arrested and the other four were caught near the Dead Sea in the early afternoon according to the Hebrew media.
A spokesperson for the Israeli army said that all the detainees were unarmed illegal immigrants who posed no danger.
