IOF arrests four Palestinians in West Bank

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested a Palestinian boy from Al-Jalazun refugee camp north of Ramallah on Friday morning.

Local sources reported that the 17-year-old boy Ahmed Kamel Makhlouf was rounded up after IOF soldiers violently stormed and searched his family house.

Another young man was detained at a military checkpoint erected at the entrance to Zabouba village west of Jenin late on Thursday.

Two other young men were detained from Aqraba town southeast of Nablus.

Israeli Intelligence sources claimed that the two detainees were rounded up after opening fire at Israeli troops saying that one of them was injured and taken to hospital for treatment.

No further details were given about the incident.

IOF arrests four Palestinians in West Bank

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Friday morning and Thursday evening arrested four Palestinian citizens in Tubas and Nablus districts in the West Bank.

The Palestinian Prisoner Society said that the IOF stormed Tubas City raided several homes and arrested three Palestinian citizens identified as Osaid Saleh Emad Abed al-Razzak and Luay Daraghma.

On Thursday evening the IOF kidnapped a Palestinian young man at Za’tara checkpoint south of Nablus City.

Eyewitnesses said that the IOF stopped the young man at the checkpoint forced him out of his car and handcuffed and blindfolded him before taking him to an undeclared destination.

The detainee’s identity has not been declared yet.

Meanwhile in Jerusalem violent clashes broke out between the IOF and Palestinian youths during a raid on Biddu town northwest of the city.

Local sources reported that the IOF heavily fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades at the youths who responded by throwing stones but no injuries were reported.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Friday kidnapped four Palestinian citizens during home raids in the West Bank.

Local sources said that the IOF arrested four Palestinians including an ex-prisoner after raiding their homes in different areas in the West Bank and Jerusalem.

The IOF further installed makeshift barriers at the entrances of several West Bank villages and searched homes.
