IOF arrests several Palestinians in West Bank Jerusalem

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested on Saturday night and at dawn Sunday several Palestinians during raids in various areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem.

Local sources reported that IOF stationed at the Qalandia military checkpoint arrested Maher Othman from Abwein town in Ramallah.

The IOF soldiers at a makeshift checkpoint at the northern entrance to Huwwara arrested Muhammad Huwaiti from Balata refugee camp.

Raed Huwaiti said that he was detained along with his brother Muhammad his sister and niece at the entrance to the Jabal Suleiman Al-Farsi junction Yitzhar junction for three hours. Six mobile phones including the phone of the driver who was taking them in a taxicab were confiscated.

On Saturday night IOF arrested Abdullah and Ahmed Samir Odeh at the Salman Al-Farsi roundabout in Hawara town south of Nablus after beating them.

In Bethlehem eyewitness said that IOF arrested Essam Taqatqah 26 after raiding and searching his family’s house.

In Occupied Jerusalem local sources stated the Israeli police stormed the al-Tur neighborhood east of Jerusalem and arrested Mohammed Khwais after they stormed and searched his home.

Meanwhile lawyer Hamza Qotainah said that occupation policemen arrested three young men after they tried to defend a Jerusalemite woman who was being attacked by Jewish settlers in Nablus street on Saturday evening.

Qotainah pointed out that the occupation police came to the scene quickly arrested the Palestinian youths and let the settlers go without any accountability.

IOF arrests several Palestinians in West Bank Jerusalem

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested on Tuesday several citizens during raids in various areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem. A leader in Hamas Movement was arrested from Jenin while a boy was injured in clashes in Bethlehem.

In Bethlehem IOF arrested Mustafa Damesa and Islam Sabateen after raiding their homes.

IOF stormed the Duheisheh refugee camp and clashes erupted at the main gate of the camp. A 17-year-old boy was wounded by a bullet in his foot and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

In Jenin special units of the occupation army known as “Mistaravim” kidnapped Qais Hamdan 21 and Nabil Jarrar 25 after they raided their families’ homes in the city and searched them.

Confrontations broke out after storming Jenin during which IOF fired bullets and tear gas canisters at the youths without any injuries reported.

The IOF soldiers also arrested the leader in Hamas Khaled al-Hajj 55 from his house in the Jabriyat neighborhood in Jenin.

In Ramallah IOF arrested Muhammad Al-Barghouti and Sari Al-Barghouti after breaking into their home in Kober town west of Ramallah.

In al-Khalil province IOF soldiers arrested three young men in its villages after storming and searching their houses.

IOF also searched several homes including the house of the ex-prisoner Samer Abu Sharkh in al-Dhahiriya.

The IOF soldiers set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to al-Fawwar refugee camp south of al-Khalil searched citizens’ vehicles and checked their ID cards.

In Occupied Jerusalem the occupation police arrested Ishaq Abu Haddwan.

IOF arrests several Palestinians in West Bank Jerusalem

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched at dawn Tuesday a campaign of arrests in various areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem. Clashes erupted and several Palestinian citizens suffered breathing difficulty.

In Bethlehem local sources reported that IOF arrested the boy Qusay Ali Taqatqa 16 from Beit Fajar town after raiding and searching his family’s house.

In Tulkarem eyewitnesses stated that the IOF soldiers arrested Muhammad Abu Sabil from Tulkarem refugee camp and Fadi al-Jabawi and Uday Kassab from Nour Shams refugee camp after they broke into and searched their homes.

IOF also arrested Muhammad Hashash after raiding Balata refugee camp to the east of Nablus.

Meanwhile dozens of IOF soldiers broke into the homes of citizens in the Jenin refugee camp searched them and arrested three Palestinians.

In Qalqilya IOF arrested Abd al-Rahman Hijjawi and the ex-prisoners Abdullah Walwil and Qasim Suway. Suway was released only a few months ago and he is a brother of two martyrs.

IOF raided Tubas city and clashes broke out. 14 Palestinian civilians suffered breathing problems due to inhaling tear gas fired by the soldiers. IOF also stormed the neighboring town of Tayasir.

Occupied Jerusalem witnessed a large campaign of arrests that centered in the Shu’fat refugee camp. More than nine Palestinians were arrested.
