Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday arrested three Palestinian youths at al-Hamra checkpoint in the northern Jordan Valley.
Local sources told PIC reporter that the IOF soldiers closed the checkpoint causing a suffocating traffic jam and started searching Palestinians’ vehicles.
They added that the three young men who are from al-Fari’a refugee camp to the east of Tubas were forced to leave their car following an argument with the soldiers before being arrested and transferred to an unknown destination.
Al-Hamra checkpoint is a forced passage for the Palestinians moving between the Jordan Valley and the northern West Bank that causes them great suffering.
