The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) last night assaulted and kidnaped four Palestinian young men from a neighborhood near the Ibrahimi Mosque in al-Khalil City.
According to local sources a horde of extremist Jewish settlers and soldiers savagely beat four young men two young women and one elderly woman from the family of Qafisha in as-Sahla neighborhood.
The young men and women suffered injuries and bruises during the assault.
The detained young men were identified as Mohamed Fawwaz Diaa Tareq Fawzi Saadi and his brother Mohamed. The young women are Lubna and Malika Jamil (sisters) and the elderly is Ruwaida Abdul-Muti.
On Saturday settlers assaulted under military protection a number of Palestinian citizens from the families of al-Muhtasib al-Bitar Qafisha and Abu Hadid during their presence near the Ibrahimi Mosque. Some of those citizens were injured.
In a separate incident Israeli police forces on Saturday evening rounded up two Jerusalemite young men during their presence in Bab al-Sahira area in the Old City. They were identified as Yazan Ashti and Osamah Mujahed.
