The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Saturday evening assaulted and detained several Palestinian quarry workmen for some time in Urif town south of Nablus in the West Bank.
Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Israeli troops stormed the quarries area near the girl high school in Urif town and started to humiliate and abuse workmen there.
The sources added that soldiers left three army jeeps savagely forced all workmen to leave their workplaces at gunpoint and amid verbal abuse and detained and questioned them for a while. No arrests were made.
