The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Saturday evening closed off the main entrance to Beit Einun north of al-Khalil city in the West Bank and blocked the movement of Palestinian vehicles on both sides of the road.
A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli army intensified the presence of its forces in al-Khalil city and on Road 60 in order to secure Jewish celebrations.
Meanwhile the IOF rounded up a Palestinian citizen identified as Mahmoud Abu Asab at Etzion junction north of al-Khali as he was en route to his home in Halhul city.
