SALFIT (PIC)– IOF troops delivered notifications to nine families in Yasuf town Salfit district ordering them not to complete construction of their homes which would be demolished for lack of permits.
The IOF command said that the notified citizens would have to stand trial on 12 July for building without permit in the area C of the West Bank which according to Oslo accords is under Israeli security and civilian administration.
In other IOF atrocities the invasion forces kidnapped two Palestinians in Al-Khalil district one of them a teenager during storming operations of local houses.
In Bethlehem district IOF soldiers kidnapped a Palestinian civilian in Husan village west of Bethlehem city after breaking into his home.
Earlier Wednesday the IOF troops kidnapped eight Palestinians in Ramallah Al-Khalil Jenin and Bethlehem on charges of alleged affiliation with Hamas and Islamic Jihad movements.
For its part the Israeli Salem military court extended the detention of Palestinian MP Emad Nofal until 22 August despite of absence of any charge.
The same court also extended the detention of Dr. Hashem Al-Masri the deputy mayor of Qalqilia for three more months on charges of affiliation with the change and reform bloc of Hamas that won all Qalqilia municipal council seats.
