The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Tuesday delivered a stop-work order against a Palestinian house in al-Asaifer village and photographed a number of homes and structures in Masafer Yatta south of al-Khalil.
According to local sources Mahmoud Abu Qabita received a notice ordering him to stop building a house in Asaifer village which is located near the illegal settlement of Beit Yatir.
The IOF also photographed several homes structures and tents in Susya village in Masafer Yatta.
Locals voiced fears that the Israeli army intends to demolish their homes and displace them soon.
The Israeli occupation army systematically carries out demolitions across Masafer Yatta to force the local residents to leave their hamlets and villages as part of its efforts to seize their areas and expand Jewish settlements and outposts.
