Israeli occupation forces (IOF) demolished on Sunday several residential tents in the Bedouin settlement near Al-Taybeh village east of Ramallah.
Fares Kaabneh a journalist activist stated that the IOF soldiers raided the area demolished the citizens’ tents and seized all their property.
Kaabneh pointed out that the confiscated tents belong to the families of Abdul Hafeez Kaabna and his son Ibrahim and used to house 15 people.
He said that a few days ago other tents of four families in a neighboring area were seized but the new development is that the families had previously challenged the demolition by rebuilding the tents. Nevertheless this became impossible after seizing the demolished tents.
These demolitions in the area are part of the Israeli plan to evacuate all Bedouin communities located between the provinces of Ramallah Al-Bireh and Jericho the activist added.
