The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) destroyed a monument erected by the residents of Anata village east of Jerusalem in commemoration of the martyr Uday al-Tamimi on Friday morning.
According to local sources the IOF stormed the village and removed the memorial erected earlier last night.
Violent clashes broke out during the raid. Dozens of local residents suffered from teargas inhalation.
Al-Tamimi was killed on October 19 after carrying out two shooting attacks at the entrance of the Shuafat and Ma’ale Adumim illegal settlements in Occupied Jerusalem.
