The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested on Saturday morning a Palestinian student in Birzeit town north of Ramallah only a few hours after his father’s arrest.
Local sources affirmed that Israeli forces violently stormed Shadi Amira’s house and carried out a violent search before interrogating all the family members.
Shadi was not at home during the raid. However the IOF detained his father to pressure him to turn himself in.
Shadi had served time in both Israeli and PA jails for his student activism.
The IOF had earlier carried out over the past few days several raid and search campaigns to arrest him.
