Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested a Palestinian ex-prisoner from his vehicle in the West Bank on Thursday night.
Local sources said that IOF soldiers detained Moayed al-Qaq from Kifl Hares village in Salfit after intercepting his car in northern Salfit.
Moayed is an ex-prisoner who has been held in Israeli occupation prisons more than once. His brother is currently held in Israeli prisons.
According to latest statistics the Israeli occupation authority is holding 4850 Palestinians in its prisons including 225 minors and 540 administrative detainees who are held without trial or charge.
