Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Saturday set up a military makeshift barrier at the main entrance to Qalqilya city resulting in blocked traffic.
Eyewitnesses told the PIC reporter that IOF soldiers stopped the cars of the inhabitants interrogated passengers and checked their IDs.
Palestinian drivers had to take alternative bypass roads as a result of the severe congestion that resulted from the Israeli checkpoint.
