The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) erected Thursday surveillance cameras south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.
Eyewitnesses told PIC reporter that IOF started this afternoon installing surveillance cameras near Yitzhar roundabout in Hawara town to the south of the city.
Over the past few weeks IOF confiscated recordings of a number of surveillance cameras in Nablus and Jenin following Nablus’ shooting attack which left an Israeli settler dead.
Meanwhile several surveillance cameras were erected throughout Nablus to monitor locals’ movement.
