Israeli occupation forces (IOF) executed a 32-year-old Palestinian man after chasing him near Silwad in eastern Ramallah on Wednesday evening.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said that it had been informed by the Civil Affairs Authority of the killing of Mujahid Mahmoud Hamid after being executed by the IOF after chasing him east of Ramallah.
Hamid had fired at an IOF military position near Ofra settlement established on Silwad land and sped away in a car. IOF soldiers chased Hamid intercepted his car and then executed him.
Hamid had carried out a shooting attack on Ofra settlement a couple of days ago and withdrew to a safe place before returning again today and shooting at the IOF position.
