The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) handed notices to the residents of Khirbat al-Fajem hamlet in Aqraba town south of Nablus city on Monday evening ordering them to evacuate their homes and lands.
The residents of the hamlet told the PIC reporter that a number of vehicles belonging to the Israeli Civil Administration escorted by IOF patrols came to the area and handed the villagers notices to evacuate the hamlet within three days at the latest.
The residents expressed their apprehension of being prevented from approaching the area with its agricultural and pastoral lands on which they depend as a source of livelihood.
Khirbat al-Fajem has lately been subjected to regular IOF attacks and violations the most recent of which was converting it into a field for military training and shooting.
