The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) intends to block the eastern entrance to Ya’bad town west of Jenin in the West Bank according to local sources.
Eyewitnesses told a reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that the IOF unloaded several concrete blocks from a heavy vehicle on the side of the road at the eastern entrance to the town as a prelude to closing it.
The IOF had closed and reopened the same road many times before but local residents fear of intents to close the main entrance to the town permanently this time.
