IOF kidnap 14 Hamas cadres in Tulkarm including spokesman

TULKARM (PIC)– IOF troops kidnapped 14 Palestinian citizens all members of the Hamas Movement in Tulkarm district including Sheikh Abdullah Yassin its spokesman in the district in a pre-dawn raid on Tuesday local sources reported.

They said that IOF soldiers launched a large-scale break and search operation in the city of Tulkarm its refugee camp and a number of villages in addition to the Nurshams refugee camp that ended with the capture of 14 civilians including two brothers whose third brother is serving a 14-year-sentence in occupation jails.

The soldiers broke into dozens of houses in those areas including the home of the director of the PLC office in Tulkarm city witnesses said.

They noted that tens of IOF armored vehicles swept into those areas by 0200 am local time and forced occupants of those homes into the open before ransacking them. The campaign ended four hours later.

The eyewitnesses said that the invasion troops were planning to abduct three other Palestinians the director of the PLC office a liberated prisoner who only recently returned from Jordan after undergoing leg surgery without completing his treatment after the Amman authorities ordered him back to the West Bank and one of the Hamas leaders in the district who has been wanted for years.
