BETHLEHEM (PIC)– IOF troops kidnapped a 25-year-old Palestinian woman on Thursday near Ofer prison while en route to visit her detained brother and took her to an unknown destination.
A Palestinian security source said that the young woman Samira Al-Fawaghra was coming from a village south of Bethlehem when she was abducted.
The IOF soldiers also rounded up two brothers after storming their home east of Rafah town south of the Gaza Strip.
PA security sources said that special IOF forces infiltrated through the Soufa crossing and captured the two brothers in half an hour.
In a similar raid IOF soldiers stormed the West Bank city of Qalqilia afternoon Thursday and kidnapped two brothers. They had arrested two others from the same city at a late hour Wednesday.
Meanwhile Israeli gunboats heavily shelled the coastal areas off the Sudaniya neighborhood located to the northwest of the Gaza Strip; fortunately no casualties were reported among citizens and fishermen who were present at the scene.
On the other hand in retaliation to the persistent Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people resistance fighters managed to fire homemade rockets at an early hour Thursday on Sderot and Sha’ar Hanegev settlements which resulted in wounding a Sderot settler with shrapnel according to the Hebrew radio.
The armed wing of Islamic Jihad the Quds Brigades claimed responsibility for firing two locally made rockets at Sderot on Thursday morning and a third at Israeli settlements east of the Strip in retaliation to incessant IOF crimes in lines of the Palestinian people.
