The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Thursday kidnapped at least 17 Palestinian citizens during campaigns in different West Bank areas.
According to local sources the IOF stormed Beit Ummar town in al-Khalil and kidnapped three Palestinian citizens identified as Ahmed Sabarneh and Hammad Abu Mariya both ex-detainees and Karam Abu Sarah a Palestinian security officer.
In Ramallah the IOF kidnapped Mohamed Awwad and Mahdi Karaja from his home in Safa village.
An Israeli military forces also broke into and ransacked the house of prisoner Ibrahim al-Masri in Shaqba town west of Ramallah.
In Jerusalem a teenager called Mahmoud al-Khatib was taken prisoner during an IOF campaign in Hizma town.
Six citizens were also taken prisoners during an IOF campaign in Nablus province while another citizen was kidnapped from his home in Jenin refugee camp.
