The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Sunday evening kidnapped five Palestinian young men at the main entrance to Nabi Saleh village northwest of Ramallah province in the West Bank.
Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli soldiers viciously dragged the young men into a hole at the military checkpoint which is located at the main entrance to the village
The soldiers intercepted Palestinian vehicles at the checkpoint causing long lines of cars along the road to the village and maltreated citizens especially young men and children.
Earlier on the same day the IOF kidnapped a Palestinian young man at Za’atara checkpoint south of Nablus after detaining him along with four others for about one hour.
The kidnapped young man was identified as Abdullah Saleh from Asira al-Qibliya town. His four friends who were with him were let go according to eyewitnesses.
