The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Thursday kidnapped a Palestinian citizen at a makeshift checkpoint on the road between Jenin and Haifa in the West Bank.
Eyewitnesses told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Israeli soldiers and policemen intercepted the vehicle at the junction of Zububa town west of Jenin kidnapped the driver and took him to a nearby military base.
They added that the soldiers physically assaulted him and confiscated the young man’s car.
There is still no information about the identity of the detained young man.
