Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday night and on Tuesday morning launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign of Palestinian citizens in various areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem.
In Nablus IOF stormed the Al-Quds street area and arrested the candidate for the “Jerusalem unites us” list Yasser Badersawi one of Hamas’s leaders after searching and tampering with the contents of his house according to the local sources.
The IOF soldiers broke into Asira al-Qibliya town which had recently witnessed clashes between youths on one hand and the IOF and settlers on the other hand.
In Jenin IOF arrested Islam Abu Al-Hija from Al-Yamoun town while he was passing through the Dotan military checkpoint southwest of Jenin.
IOF also arrested the two brothers Ammar and Ayoub Hamamra after storming their family’s house in Jaba town south of Jenin
Furthermore IOF arrested Ahed Kamanji from Kafr Dan town northwest of Jenin and arrested Khaled Al-Saadi and his son Nimr while they were working in the vegetable market in Barta’a.
In Qalqilya clashes broke out between the citizens and IOF who were at the entrance to Azzun town east of Qalqilya.
In Ramallah the IOF soldiers raided Deir Abu Mishaal town and were deployed at the town’s streets before they withdrew.
Meanwhile IOF arrested Sabah Hamad and three of her sons at a checkpoint near Jalazoun refugee camp north of Ramallah.
In al-Khalil IOF stormed the Al-Hawooz area and arrested Osama Rabei 29 in Tawana village in Masafer Yatta.
IOF arrested Asaid Eskafi 21 from the Khallet Hadour region in the south after searching his family’s home and tampering with its contents.
In Occupied Jerusalem the Israeli police broke into al-Tur neighborhood and arrested five young men.
