The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign in separate areas in the West Bank and Jerusalem at dawn Wednesday.
Three Palestinians were detained in Nablus including the brother of the martyr Ibrahim Al-Nabulsi who was killed two months ago by Israeli special forces.
Two other Palestinians were rounded up in Tekoa town south of Bethlehem while two boys were detained in Azzun town east of Qalqilya.
Two more arrests were carried out in al-Khalil while two Palestinians were detained in Jaba south of Jenin including an ex-prisoner.
In Occupied Jerusalem two Palestinian young men were also rounded up.
The IOF troops often carry out detention raids against Palestinians in the West Bank and Jerusalem claiming to arrest ‘wanted’ Palestinians.
4700 Palestinian prisoners are currently held in Israeli jails including 30 women 190 minors and about 800 administrative detainees.
