The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched at dawn Wednesday a raid and arrest campaign across the West Bank and tightened military restrictions in Silwad town east of Ramallah.
Two young men were detained after IOF stormed their family houses in Silwad which led to the outbreak of violent clashes.
For the fourth consecutive day Israeli forces continue to impose a total siege on Silwad amid heavy military deployment while raids and searches are frequently carried out into local homes.
In Jenin Israeli forces raided Ya’bad town and arrested a local resident while military presence was reinforced in Yamoun town.
Meanwhile dozens of Jewish settlers stormed the evacuated Homeish settlement south of Jenin.
In al-Khalil clashes broke out in Beit Ummar town where dozens of teargas suffocation cases were reported. A young man also suffered rubber bullet injuries during the clashes.
