The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at Palestinian fishermen off Rafah shores to the south of the Gaza Strip on Thursday morning.
According to local sources Israeli gunboats attacked fishermen and their boats with live ammunition and teargas bombs forcing them to return ashore.
Under an inhumane siege the Israeli army keeps attacking — sometimes injuring or killing — fishermen and farmers almost on a daily basis with no regard for any ceasefire understandings over Gaza or even the international law.
