The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) attacked on Saturday morning agricultural areas in the besieged Gaza Strip.
According to local sources the IOF opened machinegun fire at swaths of cultivated land in al-Maghazi area in central Gaza and az-Zeitoun area in northern Gaza.
No one was reportedly hurt in the IOF attacks but the intensity of the shooting forced farmers to leave the targeted areas.
Meanwhile the IOF fired a hail of tear gas canisters at a sewage vehicle in the east of Khuza’a town in southern Gaza obstructing its work.
Under an inhumane siege the Israeli army keeps attacking — sometimes injuring or killing — civilians farmers and fishermen almost on a daily basis with no regard for any ceasefire deal in Gaza or even the international law.
