The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Thursday stormed Hizma town east of Jerusalem and installed security cameras at the junction of Martyr Mazen Oraiba which is located near the separation wall.
The Israeli army seeks to cover main Palestinian areas especially where protests take place with surveillance cameras in an attempt to capture Palestinians who confront its soldiers or launch retaliatory attacks against Israeli targets.
The IOF launches campaigns in Hizma almost on a daily basis and raids commercial stores on the main road.
Store owners in the area complain that the Israeli army harasses them and imposes financial penalties on them every once in a while.
