Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed on Wednesday Khirbet Humsa al-Fawqa hamlet and Sahl al-Buqi’a in the northern Jordan Valley.
Moataz Bisharat the official in charge of the Jordan Valley file in Tubas said that five military vehicles of the so-called administration and organization unit raided the hamlet while the IOF soldiers surveyed lands and compared them to maps they had with them.
Bisharat added that IOF also broke into the Al-Buqi’a Plain then headed to the village of Atouf.
Khirbet Humsa al-Fawqa hamlet is one of the important areas that the occupation seeks to control. This caused great suffering to its residents especially after they faced 11 evictions during the last four years under the pretext of Israeli military training.
The residents are subjected to daily harassment by the IOF and the settlers including the confiscation of their agricultural tractors and their livestock.
