The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Saturday raided homes in different areas of al-Khalil province and kidnaped one Palestinian citizen from Idhna town.
According to local sources the IOF came under fire from resistance fighters during raids on homes in Dura town southwest of al-Khalil.
The IOF also stormed Idhna town in western al-Khalil and kidnaped a citizen after ransacking his home.
In a separate incident a horde of extremist Jewish settlers attacked Palestinian homes in al-Khalil City and assaulted an elderly farmer as he was working his land near the illegal settlement outpost of Kiryat Arba.
The farmer’s daughter Arij al-Jabari said that a group of settlers assaulted her 64-year-old father during his presence on his own swath of land and injured him in his head.
She added that the same settlers also attacked her father’s house near Kiryat Arba and other nearby homes in the neighborhoods of Jaber and Jabari in al-Khalil City and wreaked havoc on crops and property belonging to local residents.
