The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Wednesday night demolished several commercial structures near the military Qalandia checkpoint in northern Jerusalem.
Eyewitnesses said that the IOF shut down the area and razed about 30 commercial structures and facilities including a vegetable store a gas station and a car wash.
They added that the closure of the checkpoint caused a heavy build-up of traffic in the area.
