The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) confiscated on Wednesday 320 dunums of Palestinian lands to expand the Israeli settlements illegally established in Al-Khader Nahalin and Artas town in Bethlehem.
Local sources affirmed that an Israeli military order was issued to confiscate 320 dunums to expand Daniel Eliezer and Efrat illegal settlements.
Around 650000 Jewish settlers currently live in more than 130 settlements built since 1967 when Israel occupied the West Bank and Jerusalem.
International law regards both the West Bank and East Jerusalem as occupied territories and considers all Jewish settlement-building activity there illegal.
