The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Thursday afternoon set up a makeshift checkpoint on the road between Jenin and Nablus north of the West Bank and obstructed the movement of Palestinian vehicles.
Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Israeli soldiers blocked with their vehicles the Jenin-Nablus road at the junction of Arraba south of Jenin city and embarked on intercepting and searching cars and checking the IDs of passengers.
The sources added that Israeli soldiers also scanned the open area between Ya’bad town and Dotan checkpoint south of Jenin and questioned several local residents.
