Violent clashes broke out on Saturday evening after the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed Sebastia town north of Nablus.
Sebastia’s mayor Mohammed Azem said that the IOF raided the town amid heavy firing of live ammunition and rubber-coated metal bullets which led to the outbreak of confrontation with Palestinian youths.
Azem said that earlier in the day IOF soldiers entered the town in a large number and threatened to demolish a Palestinian structure.
