Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed at dawn Monday Martyr Dr. Thabet Thabet Hospital in Tulkarem in the northern West Bank and fired sound bombs inside it which terrified patients.
Mai Al-Kailah the Palestinian Minister of Health said that IOF stormed the hospital and fired four stun grenades inside it one of them in the reception hall and three in the emergency ward.
The minister denounced the Israeli crime that violates all international conventions and norms and the Geneva Conventions. She called on the international community to intervene to protect the Palestinians and put an end to the repeated Israeli attacks.
Kailah explained that IOF attacked 3 Palestinian hospitals in less than a month. These hospitals are Al-Durra Hospital in the Gaza Strip which was damaged by bombing the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah and Thabet Thabet Hospital in Tulkarem.
The minister saluted the medical and health staff working in all hospitals who are facing the danger of the coronavirus and the Israeli occupation.
Kailah pointed out that many patients especially children and the elderly suffered from panic and shock as a result of the storming.
