Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Friday handed the family of the Palestinian detainee Mohammed Reisha an order to demolish their home in Tulkarem refugee camp north of the West Bank.
Local sources said that the IOF stormed Tulkarem refugee camp at daybreak and heavily fired tear gas canisters at Palestinian homes.
A number of residents suffered breathing difficulties as a result of inhaling tear gas and were treated in the field but a woman was rushed to the hospital to receive treatment there.
Local residents said that the IOF broke into Reisha’s house and interrogated the family before giving them the demolition order.
Mohammed Reisha was arrested a few days ago after he was shot by an Israeli police officer for allegedly attacking an Israeli settler in Kfar Saba near Tel Aviv.
